UDS Clinical Action Areas Brief Order Terms

Please review these terms before purchasing a UDS Clinical Action Areas Brief.

Scope and intended use

UDS Clinical Action Areas Briefs are provided for internal planning, review, and discussion support. They are not formal audits and do not replace internal validation, source documentation review, operational assessment, regulatory guidance, or clinical judgment.

Client-provided organization-level and site-level values are treated as submitted and should be validated internally before being used for formal reporting or operational decisions.

Data submission

Data submission requirements vary by Brief type and comparison option. When a data file is required, the completed aggregate, non-PHI template must be submitted using the designated order or data-submission process.

Do not submit patient-level data or protected health information (PHI). Do not submit passwords, credentials, or confidential source files through general inquiry forms.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the product description, pricing, sample report, scope limitations, data requirements, expected turnaround time, and these order terms before purchase. Questions should be submitted before purchase using the contact form or by email at contactus@thedomasgroup.com.

Cancellation and refund policy

Because each Brief is prepared for a specific organization, selected review option, comparison period, and, when applicable, submitted data, orders are nonrefundable once processing has begun.

An order may be canceled for a full refund before processing begins. Refunds will also be issued for duplicate payments or if The DOMAS Group LLC is unable to complete the order.

Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment and before processing begins by email at contactus@thedomasgroup.com.

Turnaround

Completed Briefs are delivered digitally within two business days after payment and receipt of a complete order, including all required information and usable data files.

If additional information, clarification, or replacement data is needed, processing and the turnaround period will pause until the required materials are received.

Correction policy

If a completed Brief contains an error introduced by The DOMAS Group LLC during processing or report generation, the client may request a correction within 10 calendar days of delivery. Qualifying errors will be corrected at no additional charge.

This correction commitment does not apply to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information or data supplied by the client, requests to change the selected review option or comparison period, or new or revised data submitted after delivery.

Correction requests should be submitted by email at contactus@thedomasgroup.com. Requests received after the 10-day correction period may be treated as a new service request and may require an additional fee.

Order acknowledgment: I have reviewed and agree to the UDS Clinical Action Areas Brief Order Terms, including the refund, turnaround, and correction policies, and I understand that patient-level data and protected health information (PHI) must not be submitted.
